Vanessa Pizana is a junior at Tumwater High School, and this is her first year being part of the journalism staff and she's excited to be a staff writer. She is most drawn to write about student spotlight because of her caring personality towards others. On her free time she likes to spend time with friends and family, and loves going on adventures to new places, her favorite being California. If you asked her what her favorite food was she wouldn't hesitate to tell you it's pasta.
